- I'm a teacher up in the frigid northeast of China. I love college football, dabbling in photography, and the humbling process of trying to learn Chinese. I'm extraordinarily blessed with the privilege of living and loving in China. I have a heart for this land, in particular college students and orphans. This is currently the fourth year I've called this country home.

Holiday blessings to you Katherine. Can't wait to try your pasta recipe! Wishing you lived nearby and taught a cooking class, but thankful that you are sharing online. I am really at a loss as to what to eat or cook here. Hope your day and fellowship with your friends was as special as ours was today.
