The way of trust is a movement into obscurity, into the undefined, into ambiguity, not into some predetermined, clearly delineated plan for the future...The reality of naked trust is the life of a pilgrim who leaves what is nailed down, obvious, and secure, and walks into the unknown without any rational explanation to justify the decision or guarantee the future. I am a fellow pilgrim. For the last 4 plus years my family and I have lived in various places up and down the east coast. I enjoyed reading about your adventures. It appears that you have close family relationships and that is something we are attempting to do by traveling with our teenagers. (14, 16, 18) We started when my oldest daughter was just 13. She is now on tour with Communicators for Christ. I was looking for similar blogs to mine and yours was the first one I hit. I hope you have a safe return to China.
Yours,
Catherine
